Ralph Saunders

   Ralph Saunders of 192 Sweet Lane, Richland, N.C., formerly of Houlton, died Sept. 27, 2011 after a fatal car crash.
    He was born July 23, 1975 to Linda L. (McLean) Paradis and the late Ralph W. Saunders, Sr.
    He is survived by his wife, Tammy (Brannick) Saunders, three children, Paige, Taylor, and Justus all of Richland, N.C.; his mother and stepfather, Linda and Willard Paradis, who raised him since a young age; three brothers, Donnie Saunders of Belle Plain, Iowa, Wayne Bishop of Richland, N.C. and Rodney Bishop of Presque Isle; and one sister, Charlotte and husband Allan Paradis of Jacksonville, Fla.; two nieces, Ashley and Amanda and one nephew, Bane.
    Ralph worked in the sawmill in the Houlton area and left Ward Cabin, Co. to move to North Carolina to be close to his mother and family. Ralph was working for Coastal Blasting, running the excavator and doing sandblasting.
