WINTERPORT and GLENBURN — The parents of Megan Thibodeau of Winterport and Steven Blake of Groton, Conn., are happy to announce their engagement.
Megan is the daughter of Michael and Stacy Thibodeau of Winterport. She is a 2007 graduate of Hampden Academy and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and Master of Business Administration in 2012 from Husson University in Bangor, where she is a member of Sigma Beta Delta. Steven is a 2004 graduate of Bangor Christian School, graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine in 2008 and received his Master of Science degree in civil engineering in 2010. He is a structural engineer at Electric Boat in Groton, Conn.

The couple is planning a June 23, 2012, wedding in Winterport with Pastor Aaron Martin officiating, and a reception at the Spectacular Event Center in Bangor.
