    The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will be hosting free workshops entitled Essentials of College Planning for adults 19 and over at the following times and locations: Houlton Higher Education Center, 18 Military St., on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 9, and 16 at 9 a.m.
