In an effort to inform senators and congressman about Head Start and Early Head Start services available in Aroostook County, Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) Child and Family Services participated in National Hands-In for Head Start Day. National Head Start association organized the national event to encourage senators and representatives to keep children and families as a top priority as they make budget decisions.
