Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Roberts of Midlothian, VA and Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Pettengill of Patten, ME are pleased to announce the engagement of their children: Katie Lynne Roberts and Jason Theodore Pettengill, both of Arlington, VA.
Katie is a 1995 graduate of Midlothian High School, and she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in speech communication in 1999 from Radford University in Radford, VA. She is employed as a Senior Event Marketer at West, a Thompson Reuters business in Washington, D.C.

Jason is a 1991 graduate of Katahdin High School in Stacyville, ME and a 1997 graduate of West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV with a degree in finance. He is employed by McDonough, Bollyard, Peck as a Project Control Specialist in Fairfax, VA.
The couple are getting married on June 25, 2011 at the Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, NC. They plan to honeymoon on the Isle of Capri in Italy.
