VaJoWa is open. Nice weather has finally made its way north. Come on out and play!
Member work day was a huge success. A huge thanks to everyone who participated. It was a whirlwind of rakes, shovels, chainsaws, mulch and more. I’ve never seen a harder working bunch. We followed up with some grillin’ and a few frosty beverages. You are all truly appreciated not only for your support, but your friendship, as well.
    The course is in great shape! Despite all the recent rain, it is rather dry. The front nine is open with carts and we plan to have the back nine open this weekend. The Jim Dyer Memorial has been moved to Sunday, May 29. Come celebrate Jim’s life with us and his family. It will be a four-person scramble and everyone is welcome. Shotgun start at 9 a.m. Call for details or just show up. All proceeds will go to the charity of Jim’s family’s choosing.
