Grand Jury indicts 56

    The Aroostook County grand jury completed its first sessions of 2011 on Jan. 8 and handed down 59 indictments against 56 individuals with one “no bill.” Sessions were held in Caribou and Houlton.
    “Of particular note, 22 cases directly involve drugs and/or alcohol as the basis of the criminal charge. While not directly involving illicit drugs, substances, and/or alcohol abuses, many of the remaining cases involve substance abuse or other drug-seeking behavior: fifteen cases are violent offenses against other people. Twenty-two are crimes against property or financial crimes. Two more are felony driving offenses not directly related to alcohol or illegal use of drugs,” said Todd R. Collins, District Attorney.
    Among those indicted were:
    Scott E. McEntee, 34, Easton: possession of oxycodone, and operating under the influence.
    Adam E. Taylor, 21, Amity: criminal threatening and assault.
    Jason W. Clark, 29, Amity: burglary, assault and domestic violence assault.
    Debra J. Crawford, 47, Houlton: tampering with a victim.
    James A. Philbrook, 61, Manchester, N.H.: theft by misapplication and securities fraud.
    Jamie P. Burns, 39, Presque Isle: possession of scheduled drugs (two counts), and violating condition of release.
    Joshua M. Gray, 27, Linneus: possession of scheduled drugs, and operating after suspension.
    Micah McGillicuddy, 22, Houlton: possession of scheduled drugs (two counts), and OUI.
    Tammy L. Estabrook, 37, Haynesville: possession of scheduled drugs.
    Gerald T. Reynolds, 63, Westwood, Mass.: OUI, and possession of scheduled (two counts).
    Ryan R. Bartlett, 34, Orient: possession of scheduled drugs (three counts).
    Stephen L. Voisine, Jr., 28, Lincoln: burglary (two counts), theft (two counts), and criminal mischief.
    Allen Richardson, 35, Wytopitlock: burglary (two counts), theft (two counts), criminal mischief and attempted burglary.
    Tabbatha L. Osnoe, 27, Wytopitlock: burglary, theft, criminal mischief and attempted burglary.
    David C. Boone, 29, Crystal: OUI with three priors, and operating after revocation with three priors.
    Kenneth R. Moore, 33, Houlton: trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Melissa L. Tidd, 28, Houlton: trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Kenneth A. Williams, 41, Bangor: trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Brian K. Flewelling, 22, Houlton: trafficking of schedule drugs, possession of scheduled drugs, and violating condition of release.
    Nancy L. Boles, aka Hardy, 31, Houlton: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, and possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).
    James D. Watson, 31, Littleton: possession of methamphetamine.
    Robert Allen Hansen, 44, Brockton, Mass.: possession of scheduled drugs (three counts).
    Corey J. Conroy, 26, Caribou: criminal OUI, and operating after suspension.
