    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
    David C. Boles, 37, Houlton: probation violation, 20 months in prison, probation revoked.
    James C. Boyce, 47, Presque Isle: theft by deception, two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $2,203.47 restitution.
    Bo E. Branscombe, 23, Oakfield: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Jessie A. Case, 25, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
    Christopher J. Coty, 30, New Limerick: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license suspension; and operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Charles F. Dorr, 32, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Terrence D. Fletcher, 61, Bridgewater: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine and nine months, one day in jail; and OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six-year license suspension.
    Michael J. Folsom, 33, Smyrna Mills: criminal mischief (three counts), 68 days in jail (first and second), $300 fine, 68 days in jail and $370 restitution (third); domestic violence terrorizing, 68 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, three years in jail, all but 68 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,640.48 restitution; violating condition of release (two counts), 68 days in jail (each); domestic violence assault (two counts), $300 fine and 68 days in jail (first), 68 days in jail (second); and assault, $300 fine and 68 days in jail.
    Dawn M. Gonya-Vose, 42, Houlton: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked.
    Gwydoin G. Griffith, 23, Houlton: obstructing report of crime, $500 fine; assault and criminal threatening, dismissed (each).
    Bradley M. Kienia, 51, Lebanon: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, six months in jail (each); and burglary, six months in jail and $260 restitution.
    Adam Maguire, 26, Houlton: burglary (two counts), 18 months in prison (each); aggravated criminal mischief, 18 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 18 months in prison (first), eight years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $42,916.11 restitution (second); unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 18 months in prison; and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
    Nicklos McGuire, 20, Littleton: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation revoked; criminal mischief, $100 fine and $467 restitution; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Christopher D. McNally, 26, Sherman: reckless conduct, filed on $250 costs.
    Scott A. Menzel, 36, Cary Plantation: criminal trespass and assault, dismissed (each).
    Tammy Paquette, 35, Crystal: burglary, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and four months in jail; and violating condition of release, four months in jail.
    Daniel H. Rawding, 75, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, priors (two counts), dismissed (each).
    James W. Shaw, 21, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, dismissed (each).
    Daniel T. Vose, 47, Houlton: probation violation, 21 months, 25 days in prison, probation revoked.
    Lawrence E. Watson, 71, Houlton: incest, six months in jail, all suspended, one years’ probation.
    Darrell P. Williams, 56, Monticello: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, three years’ probation and $38,200 restitution.
    Gary F. Wotton, 69, Houlton: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

    William A. Baker, 30, Fort Kent: violating condition of release, one year in prison: and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, five years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation.
    Perley A. Belyea, 51, Houlton: illegal possession of moose, dismissed; possession of antlerless deer (three counts), $400 fine and $225 restitution (first), $400 fine (second) and $200 fine (third).
    David A. Boyington, 35, Danforth: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year’s probation; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; criminal mischief, violating condition of release, obstructing report of crime, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed (each).
    Katie Britton, 47, Houlton: hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed on $50 costs.
    Joseph F. Cordeiro, 48, Linneus: reckless conduct, dismissed; aggravated assault, three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation; and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.
    Danielle Davenport, 25, Linneus: theft by deception, $200 fine and $266 restitution.
    Matthew Davis, 30, Houlton: hunting or possessing moose during closed season, dismissed; unlawful possession of gift moose, $1,000 fine; night hunting and obtaining suspended or revoked license, dismissed (each).
    Eric J. Dyer, 37, Mars Hill: probation violation, probation revoked and 244 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Christopher D. McNally, 26, Sherman: reckless conduct, filed on $250 costs.
    Nathan L. Murphy, 35, Merrill: probation violation, 33 months in jail and probation revoked; burglary, six years in jail, all but 36 months suspended, two years’ probation and $3,300 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in prison.
    Jason A. Nelson, 31, Smyrna Mills: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Annette A. Paul, 30, Houlton: assault (two counts), $300 fine (first) and $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 60 days suspended and one year’s probation (second).
