NMCC offers two new courses in Houlton

Higher Education Center in upcoming spring term

Northern Maine Community College has added two new courses to its offerings at the Houlton Higher Education Center for the coming spring semester.
    Applied Mathematics, for technical occupations students, will meet on Monday evenings from 6 p.m. through 8:50 p.m., and Healthy Learning Environments, for early childhood education students, will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. through 8:50 p.m.  Classes in accounting, psychology, sociology, algebra, speech, and English will also be offered during the spring term.
All NMCC spring term classes will begin the week of January 10, 2011.  Anyone interested in taking NMCC classes in Houlton should contact the Admissions office in Presque Isle at 768-2785 or Otis Smith in Houlton at 521-3100 x5 as soon as possible.
