Assessment Workshop Nov. 12
Houlton/HodgdonAdult Education will hold an Assessment Workshop for those students who are applying into adult education or College Transitions. With only a few weeks until the beginning of the new semester, students are encouraged to call or visit the Houlton Higher Education Center and make an appointment for this Friday’s Assessment Workshop. There is no charge to state of Maine residents for the Assessment Workshop or the GED. There is a small charge per course for basic skills refresher and College Transitions.
CPR & First Aid at Hodgdon Fire Department
Region Two certification classes for CPR and First Aid will be held at the Hodgdon Fire Department on Monday, Nov. 29, and Thursday, Dec. 2. CPR will meet on Monday, Nov. 29, 2010, from 5:30 –9 p.m. First Aid will meet on Thursday, Dec. 2, from 5:30–9 p.m. Students may register for one or for both classes. Paul Stewart is the instructor, and the fee for each class is $25.
