Digging it

The Clover Kids 4H Club recently visited local organic farmers Dick York and Meg Scott of Nature’s Circle Farm in New Limerick for a tour of their facility and an explanation of the products they produce.  Dick and Meg allowed the club to hand dig some of their red potatoes and gave each member a bag of Yukon Golds and Russets to take home. The group ended the tour with a visit to the potato field to tour the Harvestor and Dick explained to the club how it works.
