Members of the First Congregational Church in Houlton are planning to open their doors this Sunday, Oct. 31 for trick-or-treaters looking to warm up on what should be a chilly night of candy collecting. The church’s parking lot is open for vehicles to park, as people will be able to walk along High Street, which will be closed to traffic. Inside the church, hot cider and goodies will be available.
