Ricker Plaza, senior housing and Kelleran Court, family housing projects in Houlton welcomes Mike Tidd as a full-time member of the maintenance staff. Before accepting the position, Tidd worked in maintenance at the Shiretown Motor Inn and has a wide range of experience in property maintenance. His duties will include day-to-day repairs and upkeep as well as long-term building projects. The company is pleased to have Mike as a member of its group and looks forward to introducing him to the residents in the coming months.
