    HOULTON – The following cases were heard in the District Court in Houlton during the month of July, 2010.

    Melissa R. Anderson, 36, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 60 days in jail and disorderly conduct, dismissed.

    Jay Batchelder, 36, Island Falls: criminal mischief (two counts), four days in jail (each); domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail all but seven days suspended, two years probation; domestic violence terrorizing, four days in jail; violating protective order, four days in jail; and violating condition of release, four days in jail.

    Ryan K. Blake, 35, Hodgdon: failing to stop for officer, 10 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, two days in jail; operating under the influence, no test, $600 fine, 10 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and driving to endanger, dismissed.
