Mr. Gates has over 30 years experience and is supported full-time by Shirley Oliver, an experienced accountant in her own right. Lynette McLaughlin, the office manager, has her hands in all ends of the business in both the accounting and investment divisions.
    On the other hand, Sage Financial is a branch office of Ohanesian/Lecours, Inc. headquartered at 433 South Main Street in West Hartford, Conn. Ohanesian/Lecours is an independent broker/dealer and Registered Investment Advisor-Securities Exchange Commission offering services in several states. This division is headed by Richard Hammond CFP and Lynette McLaughlin and offers investment, insurance and financial planning services to clients in several states. We pride ourselves in offering high quality fee-based portfolio management, investment, pension services and more in a no pressure environment. With over 25 years of experience Hammond has negotiated through many different economies and financial situations.
