Free workshop

    The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will host free workshops, Essentials of College Planning,  at the following times and locations: Presque Isle CareerCenter, 66 Spruce St, Ste. 1, on Wednesday, Sept. 15 and 29 at 9 a.m.; Houlton Higher Education Center, 18 Military St., on Thursday, Sept. 16 and 30 at 9 a.m.; and Madawaska CareerCenter, 88 Fox Street, on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 9 a.m.
