Youth soccer practices

    The Houlton Recreation Department will be holding their youth soccer practices for registered players on the following days and times.  
    Thursday, Aug. 19 at 9 a.m. for grade K; 10 a.m. for grade 1 and 11 a.m. for grade 2.
    Friday, Aug. 20 at 9 a.m. for grade 3;10 a.m. for boys in grades 4-6; 11 a.m. for girls in grades 4-6.  
    Grades K-3 will practice on the soccer field near the playground in Community Park and grades 4-6 will practice on the soccer field on the Bob Ruth Field in Community Park.  
    The department encourages youth to wear shin guards, a mouth piece and bring their own water bottle. Cleats are optional.
