    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May, 2010.
    Malerie Barton, 22, Littleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Michael S. Boody, 29, Oakfield: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail and $715.34 restitution.
    Danny Daniels, 46, New Limerick: failing to stop for officer, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail, eluding an officer, dismissed.
    Nancy L. Hardy-Boles, 31, Houlton: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Chris Hersey, 50, Houlton: impersonating a public servant, carrying concealed weapon and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, filed without costs (each).
    James I. Keaton, 19, Houlton: trafficking in hypodermic apparatuses and trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed (each), burglary, trafficking in prison contraband, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, nine months in prison (each), violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail (each), burglary, three years in prison all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $2,817.50 restitution.
    David W. Landry, 25, Amity: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine (each), two years in prison all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation (first), 60 days in jail (second).
    Jordan Lincoln, 24, Houlton: burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
    Kenneth J. Maker, 23, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, one year in prison, probation revoked.
    Taylor I. Martin, 20, Hodgdon: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor and operating vehicle without license, cond/restric., filed with costs (each).
    Lora Lee Neilander, 31, Caribou: trafficking in prison contraband, 12 months in jail all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.
    George Peaslee, 31, Bridgewater: assault, 42 months in prison all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation.
    Ryan Allen Scott, 26, Littleton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 15 months in prison all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
    Kristi L. Sirois, 46, Houlton: probation violation (two counts), 90 days in jail, probation revoked (first), five months in jail (second).
    Reuben Thomas, 28, probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Darrell P. Williams, 55, Monticello: violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed (each).
