VaJoWa’s Junior Golf Lessons continue this Thursday at 9 a.m. Scot Walker will be instructing kids aged 7-13 in a clinic-style lesson, and they will continue weekly throughout the summer at the same time. The cost is just $1 per student.
The next event at VaJoWa will be the popular Flag Day event. This will be on Sunday, July 4. Players will add their handicap to par, and that will result in the amount of strokes they are allowed. After using up their last stroke, players will place a flag in the ground wherever their ball finishes. The player whose flag is the farthest on the course will be our winner. See how far your handicap can take you in this event.
