WELCH — A daughter, Kylie Elizabeth Welch, born to Kimberly Moreland and John Welch of Sherman, on May 2, 2010.
NOYES — A son, Lucian William Noyes, born to Jessica and Jason Noyes of Houlton, on May 7, 2010.
