The Houlton Softball Association first captains’ meeting will be held on Friday at the Gentle Memorial Building (Houlton Rec Center) at 6:30 p.m.
Anyone who is interested in organizing or who currently has an organized team is encouraged to attend the meeting.
Organizers are looking for interest from co-ed softball teams. However, if there is not interest from at least a minimum of four teams, a co-ed league will not be formed.
The league will make arrangements so that men players can play in both the men’s league and the co-ed league.
