Concert planned for April 30

    There is a gala spring concert planned by the Northern Maine Chamber Society Orchestra. They will present several opera excerpts as well as two patriotic pieces. Also on the program is a special guest soloist from the Met.
    Performance will take place on April 30 at the Houlton Wesleyan Church. The community chorus is in need of more voices to make this a truly spectacular first time event. Rehersals are Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at Southside School. For more information, call 532-6840.
