Hodgdon High School’s senior class will hold another fundraiser to help offset expenses for their class trip.
On Tuesday, March 30, the senior class will hold a Performing Servers Dinner from 5-7 p.m. at the high school.
The main courses are covered, as senior class advisers Barb Mooers and Elizabeth Connors will whip up some baked beans and a roasted chicken, respectively. The rest of the meal will be potluck.
Any server is at your beck and call. Need a little salt? No problem. Need your roll buttered? Consider it done. That senior is there to serve.
“Snap your fingers, clap your hands and watch as your student breaks into song, dance and their version of “I’m a Little Teapot” or a personal favorite, name those seven Dwarfs,” said Mooers. “The entertainment possibilities are endless. There will be occasional group performances as well.”
The cost will be in the tips. Every time a senior performs, those attending pay.
“Bring lots of cash,” said Mooers. “Seeing your teen do repeat public command performances will make it worth every bill. It makes us smile just to think about it.”
For more information, call Connors or Mooers at 532-3663 or e-mail elizabethconnors@msln.net and/or barbaramooers@msln.net. Those who will be attending should let Mooers or Connors know for preparation of main courses and adequate seating.
