Grand Jury hands out indictments

    CARIBOU — The Aroostook County grand jury handed out indictments during its Jan. 8 session.
    Among those indicted were:
    Terrance D. Fletcher, 61, Bridgewater: operating after revocation and operating under the influence (two priors).
    Larry W. Carll, 32, Linneus: violating condition of release (two counts), reckless conduct, criminal mischief, violating protection order and driving to endanger.
    Christopher A. Carr, 24, Houlton: aggravated criminal trespass, violating condition of release, assault and criminal threatening.
    Troy R. Stackhouse, 31, Monticello: violating condition of release and violating protection order.
    Lionel W. Hamm, 39, Oakfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Chad R. Callaghan, 32, Charlottetown, PEI: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Randy Lee, 29, Fort Fairfield: trafficking in prison contraband.
    Matthew C. Hathaway, 23, Houlton: robbery, aggravated assault and violating condition of release.
    Michael Folsom, 32, Smyrna: domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespass, criminal mischief and violating condition of release.
    Robert R. Anderson, 59, Oakfield: theft.
    Jordan M. Lincoln, 24, Houlton: burglary, theft and aggravated criminal mischief.
    Marie Chase, 43, Patten: acquiring drugs by deception.
    Bryan M. Saucier, 22, Caribou: trafficking in prison contraband.
    Greg W. Hitchcock, 37, Smyrna: theft and violating condition of release.
    Lacey A. Malone, 23, Houlton: theft.
    Timothy J. Sanderson, 28, Houlton: possession of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.
    Luke E. Joseph, 32, Houlton: aggravated criminal trespass and unlawful sexual contact.
