    Students in the College Transitions Program successfully completed their course of study on Nov. 19. They had an opportunity to share their experiences with local and visiting legislators Roger Sherman (R-Hodgdon), Richard Cleary (D-Houlton) and Elspeth Flemings (D-Bar Harbor). The adult education program of the Houlton Higher Education Center helps adults who are considering college to improve their academics, prepare college applications and financial aid forms.
