Harvest Luncheon

    The Community Health and Counseling Services held its 15th annual Harvest Luncheon Friday in the basement of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Houlton. According to Brian Chapla, regional manager, the fair is a way to give back to those service groups and agencies who provide services to others.
