HOULTON — Houlton Rotary Club President-Elect John Tribou has announced requests for funding of projects for the 2009-2010 Rotary year are now being accepted. All funding requests must be submitted on a “Request for Funds” application, which may be obtained at HoultonRotary.org or by contacting Tribou at 532-9557.
All funding applications should be submitted prior to Friday, July 10, 2009 to the Houlton Rotary Club, PO Box 425, Houlton, ME 04730 or e-mailed to john.tribou@tdbanknorth.com.
Some of the prior projects funded by the Houlton Rotary Club include: Houlton area playgrounds, Houlton Performing Arts Center, Houlton Area Little League, Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum, Houlton Amphitheater, Soap Box Derby, Dollars for Scholars, Cary Library, Salvation Army, River Front Project, Houlton Humane Society, Aroostook County Historical & Art Museum, and several international projects.
