Effective May 1, 2009, the Houlton Water Company (HWC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian McGuire to Superintendent of the Water/Wastewater Collection department.
Brian began employment with the HWC as an apprentice in the water/wastewater department in 1988, and was promoted up through the ranks, becoming Lead Maintenance in 1999. Because of a recent retirement, Brian has been promoted to Superintendent. Brian, his wife Barbara and two college age children (Joshua and Jennifer) reside in Houlton.
