Waterville – Jasmine Skehan and Bruce Ellis are happy to announce their engagement.
Jasmine is the daughter of Jimmy and Lynn Skehan of Houlton and Bruce is the son of Donna Ellis of Bangor and Steve Ellis of Mars Hill. Jasmine and Bruce are both 1998 graduates of Houlton High School. Jasmine graduated from the University of Maine in Augusta in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health and Human Services, and is employed as a case manager with United Cerebral Palsy of Maine in Bangor. Bruce is employed with Applebee's in Waterville as the general manager.
The couple is planning a September 26, 2009 wedding at the Houlton Wesleyan Church in Houlton.
