‘Green’ jobs survey continues

     Region Two Vocational and SAD 29/70 Adult Education will continue to take input from area builders, contractors, and suppliers regarding changes in the construction industry because of alternative energy and energy conservation issues.
    Those surveyed to date have expressed the need for more training in construction basics and building science at both the secondary and adult levels.  Energy auditing is another field that is expected to be in greater demand in the future as people seek more energy efficiencies in their homes and businesses.  Some of those surveyed have not yet seen any noticeable change in their businesses due to these issues.
