    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of October and November, 2008.
    Prince E. Bracket, 51, Stacyville: burglary, four years in prison, all but 344 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Michael D. Brooker, 58, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, five years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation (first), and $400 fine and six months in jail (second); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
    Gloria A. Cahill, 42, Patten: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Bud R. Cochran, 30, Houlton: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and five years in prison.
    Brian D. Cottle, 23, Linneus: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
    David C. Harmon, 29, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, two years in prison.
    Charles E. Hawkes, 35, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Ted E. Ivey Jr., 28, Hermon: violating condition of release, four days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and four days in jail.
    Laura C. McDonald, 22, Merrill: assault, 364 days in jail, all but 120 days suspended.
    Wayne O’Donnell, 51, Littleton: operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, $400 fine.
    William J. Policano, 21, Littleton: trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.
    David M. Vieira Jr., 28, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and seven days in jail (first), and $400 fine (second); and violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
    Lynn M. Appleton, 42, Houlton: assault, 45 days in jail, probation revoked; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, 48 hours in jail.
    Jason R. Frost, 25, Castle Hill: misuse of identification and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both dismissed.
    Perry B. Lakin, 47, Houlton: violating condition of release, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, not guilty.
