Dewan Accepts Gift

DEWAN ACCEPTS GIFT — Houlton High School choral director accepts a monetary gift from Torrey Sylvester, a member of the local Shiretones Barbershop Quartet. Dewan’s high school group, the Chamber Choir presented selections at the annual Harvest of Harmony Concert and the quartet wanted to provide a gift for the purchase of formal attire to the students. Other members of the Shiretones are, Dale McElwain, John Clark and Ron Lenentine, all from Woodstock, N.B.
