ISLAND FALLS, Maine — At the Katahdin Public Library this month, there will be a children’s Christmas story reading time and coloring time. Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to the library at 10 a.m. each Wednesday. If you need inspiration for Christmas decorating or cooking, the library has a large number of books of holiday ideas as well as Christmas fiction books, inspirational stories and readings by popular authors.
