On Sunday, Sept. 14, the Houlton Rifle and Pistol Club (HRPC) held its third annual “Clean Up” Day.
In addition to general cleanup, preventive maintenance was performed on the range back stop. Participants included Ken Wetmore, Tim Gillotti, Tom Brown, Eric Richards, Jr., Paul Harrison, Curtis Harrison, John Cleary, Rod Hemingway and Tim Glossinger.
The cleanup was followed by a cookout and recreational target shooting.
The club will hold its monthly meeting on October 5 at the range. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m., with shooting to follow.
