THE ALL-AROOSTOOK MUSIC FESTIVAL

    THE ALL-AROOSTOOK MUSIC FESTIVAL was held Jan. 18-19 at Presque Isle High School. Approximately 300 musicians were selected from 17 District VII school systems to participate in the annual event. Chosen students were from Ashland, Caribou, Central Aroostook, Easton, Fort Fairfield, Fort Kent, Greater Houlton Christian Academy, Hodgdon, Houlton, Katahdin, Limestone, Madawaska, MSSM, Presque Isle, Southern Aroostook, Union 122, and Washburn. Here, Presque Isle Middle School students, from left, Kate Campbell and Dani Wolland, rehearse with the Presque Isle Middle School Chorus. The final concert was held at 3 p.m. Saturday with numerous guest directors.
