“Project Linus,” Presque Isle/Northern Aroostook County has been re-chartered, and we are ready to get to work. “Project Linus” is a 100 percent volunteer, non-profit organization. We are looking for “blanketeers” to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized or otherwise in need by making and donating new, washable blankets, quilts or afghans to our local chapter.
Blankets are currently being accepted at Country Farm Fabrics and The Aroostook Medical Center and by calling the contact numbers listed below.
