HOULTON — An old-fashioned country, bluegrass and gospel music show, benefiting Houlton Humane Society and featuring Travis James Humphrey, will be Sunday, Nov. 25 at 4 p.m. at First Congregational Church of Houlton, UCC, 45 High St. Admission is free with a cash donation, bag of pet food or other pet supplies (such as cat litter, bleach or other cleaning product).
The afternoon of songs will include country, bluegrass, and gospel music. Selections include work by the Carter Family, Johnny Cash, Jimmie Rodgers, Roger Miller, Mavis Staples, Ray Charles and others.
