    On Oct. 22, Miss Wannetta Townsend was a surgical out-patient at Houlton Regional Hospital.
Miss Wannetta Townsend was a Oct. 24 morning caller on her cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Earl White in Houlton.

    On Nov. 5, Mrs. Marie Gillotti and Mrs. Sandi Wyman had lunch at Brookside Inn in Smyrna.
On Nov. 6, Mrs. Sandi Wyman, Mrs. Marie Gillotti and Miss Wannetta Townsend, along with other Purple Hat Society members, had lunch at Tiffany’s Restaurant in Island Falls.
On Nov. 7, Mrs. Marie Gillotti and Mrs. Wannetta Townsend attended Senior Citizens at the Smoki-Haulers Snow Club in Oakfield.
There was a good turn out for the Dollars for Scholars supper and music on Nov. 10 at the Oakfield Community Center.
On Nov. 10, there was a good turn out for the bean and ham dinner at the Smoki-Haulers Snow Club.
On Nov. 12, Bobby Mitchell of Orange, Calif., Mrs. Carol Caratella and Lyle Mitchell of Meriden, Conn. and Mrs. Sis Russell of Oakfield were callers on their cousin Miss Wannetta Townsend. The fire in California was just three miles from Bobby’s home. They were also callers on their aunt, Mrs. Edith Hardy in Oakfield.
On Nov. 14, Mrs. Marie Gillotti, Miss Wannetta Townsend and Mrs. Sis McLaughlin along with the Oakfield Senior Citizens had Thanksgiving Dinner at Southern Aroostook Community School.
