‘Access to College’ open house is set for Nov. 29

    The Houlton Higher Education Center announces an “Access to College” open house on Thursday, Nov. 29 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Center on Military Street in Houlton. Representatives will be available to answer questions about preparing for college, paying for college and applying to college. This public event is sponsored by the College Access Program (CAP). For more information about the open house and CAP, call 521-3154 and ask for Otis Smith, Mary Murray or Phil Gulliver.
