Maxwell, Barbara E., 78, November 19, 2007.  Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Houlton.  Interment to be held in the Evergreen Cemetery.     HOULTON – Barbara Ellen Maxwell, 78, died November 19, 2007, in Houlton. She was born Sept. 7, 1929, in New Limerick, the daughter of Frank and Eva (Brewer) Willette.
    Barbara graduated from Ricker Classical Institute. She is survived by two children, Donald Wile of Lisbon Falls and Joan of Kentucky; two stepchildren, Lorraine and her husband, Dan Colombi, of Bayside, N.Y., and James and his wife, Lorraine Bieselin, of Elmhurst, N.Y.; several grandchildren and great-grand-children; two sisters, Patricia Woods of Houlton and Jean Harris of Lisbon Falls; one aunt, Frances Gebbin of Maspeth, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Wile; her parents; one brother, Ernest Willette; and sisters, Margaret London, Phyllis Dow and Anna Austin.
    At her request, there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, November 26, at Evergreen Cemetery with Deacon Al Burleigh officiating.
