Aroostook County Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February.
• Earl I. Whidden, 62, Van Buren: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Harley D. Simon, 36, Unity: probation violation, 349 days in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Timmy Joseph Soucy, 31, Madawaska: probation violation, three years, six months in prison and probation revoked.
• Jeff V. Hartley, 27, Connor Twp: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Andre Armand Castonguay, 53, Van Buren: probation violation, 20 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
• Keith W. Cocheran III, 40, Mars Hill: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, nine months in prison, all suspended and one year probation.
• Richard Lyman III, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, 25 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Robert McKenzie, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, three months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Richard Daigle, Jr., 52, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail (each).
• Robbi L. McPherson, Jr., 40, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 60 days suspended and one year probation.
• John Carl Leonard, 51, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, seven months in jail.
• Norris R. Frost, 32, Caribou: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $1,000 fine, nine months in jail, all but 60 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended and three-year registration suspension.
• Jason R. Blake, 25, Charleston: robbery, 15 years in prison, all but five years suspended, four-year probation and $28,629.56 restitution; and aggravated assault, theft by unauthorized or transfer and hindering apprehension or prosecution, five years in prison (each).
