Doris L. Fletcher

    MARS HILL – Doris L. Fletcher, 86, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at a Presque Isle hospital. She was born in Kilburn, N.B. Canada on March 11, 1921, the daughter of Jerry and Nellie (Giberson) Inman.     She was a loving mother and grandmother.
    She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 63 years Waldo Fletcher of Mars Hill; her daughter Deborah Bell and her husband Jim of Monticello; two grandchildren Thor Brown of Anchorage, Alaska, and Shannon Kearney of Grand Manan, N.B. Canada; four great-grandchildren, Gage, Hardin, Frank and Joshua; a sister Joyce Reece of Seabrook, NH, and a brother Frances Inman of Concord, NH. Several nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly.
    Relatives and friends called 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Duncan Funeral Home, 8 Main Street Mars Hill, and from 1-2 p.m. Friday where funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Richard Bell officiating. Interment in East Blaine Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at duncan-graves.com.
