SUPERIOR COURT
The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court in Caribou during the month of December.
• Graydon E. Adams Jr., 53, Limestone: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Heather Bell, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 103 days in jail; criminal trespass (two counts), dismissed (first), and 103 days in jail (second).
• Stephanie Bennett, 25, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 30 months in prison, all suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Preston E. Brown, 30, Woodland: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Todd Chasse, 33, Easton: violating protective order and violating condition of release (two counts), 45 days in jail (each); domestic violence stalking, 12 months in prison, all suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Anthony G. Collin, 33, Smithfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, withdrawn.
• Alexander D. Doody, 23, Presque Isle: OUI (two counts), $500 fine and 90-day license suspension (first), and dismissed (second).
