PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Monday, Aug. 4 the Presque Isle Guidance Office opens for the 2025-26 school year. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Call 207-764-7721 to make an appointment with one of the three guidance counselors.
Tuesday Aug. 5 the health office opens for 2025-26, office hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students transferring to MSAD #1 school must begin the registration process on the M.S.A.D. #1 website at www.sad1.org. Please call the Health Services Office at 207-764-8105 to speak to one of the nurses after completing the online enrollment.
Additional documents will be needed: birth certificate, immunization records, custody papers if there are any, copy of parent license or photo ID, proof of residency. The online enrollment may be completed by the parent/guardian prior to Aug 5.
Monday, Aug. 11 in-service day for faculty and staff (school closed to students); open house 5:30-7 p.m.; concurrent enrollment/early college informational meeting 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 12 in-service day for faculty and staff (school closed to students).
Wednesday, Aug. 13 New Student Day 8:15 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. This will be a day of school for grade 9, transfer students and students attending Presque Isle Tech Center. PITC students will need to be in attendance for their CTE classes only. Bus transportation will be provided and breakfast and lunch will be served.
Thursday, Aug. 14 first day of school for all students.
Monday, Aug. 18 fall sports begin.
