    Jessica Lynn Argraves, 27, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $167 restitution.
    Jamie L. Baker, 31, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Micah A. Barnes, 27, Calais: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Timothy P. Bean, 59, South Paris: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
    Kyle C. Bell, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Carl Benson, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
    Timothy M. Bolstridge, 32, Garfield Plantation: violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Lyman R. Botting Jr., 72, Presque Isle: failure to stop, provide information, dismissed.
    Timothy Brecht Jr., 33, Connor Township: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 50 hours’ community service.
    Thomas E. Brown, 31, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, 40 hours’ community service.
    Jodie C. Buckley, 22, Westfield: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
    Joshua J. Burby, 22, Ashland: theft of services $150 fine and $73.59 restitution.
    Gene S. Burns Jr., 26, Oxford: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    James E. Campbell Jr., 44, Masardis: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 100 hours’ community service.
    Michael Chartier, 22, Chelmsford, Mass.: driving to endanger and OUI, five days in jail (each), $575 fine and 180-day license suspension (first), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension (second).
    Thor M. Cochran, 36, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all suspended, two years’ probation.
    Ryan Conary, 20, Buxton: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Dawn D. Dudley, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $600 fine.
    Kenneth Easler, 27, Norridgewock: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Shane Evens, 22, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $400 fine; and burning without permit, $100 fine.
    Twila E. Farr, 59, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
    Daniel R. Ferranti, 24, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Margo S. Ferrier, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Shannon M. Fulton, 42, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on unspecified costs.
    Kyle L. Gagnon, 27, Jamaica Plains, Mass.: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
