PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of January.
• Tammie D. Pike Soucy, 45, Blaine: driving to endanger, dismissed; violating condition of release, $250 fine; and failing to stop, remain, provide information, $400 fine, 30-day license suspension.
• Dagon Rossignol, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $300 costs.
• Eric Robert Sherwood, 40, Fort Fairfield: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Janice Sirois, 53, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
• Shelly Jo Strid, 40, Caribou: theft by deception, $300 fine, $921.25 restitution.
• Brett Sullivan, 25, Masardis: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Raymond Tarbox II, 36, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine, five days in jail.
• Leeanna Thibodeau, 33, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Glen C. Tranbarger, 33, Presque Isle: rule violation, other, $250 fine.
• David P. Tremblay III, 32, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine; and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Brian D. Vrieze, 22, Presque Isle: hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.
• Danielle Webb, 29, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine.
• Roger A. Whitney, 71, Corinna: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Christopher V. York, 34, Presque Isle: failing to attach deer tag to deer, $200 fine.
• Daniel C. York, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
