    PRESQUE ISLE – John P. Langille, Sr., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at his home. John was born in Presque Isle on September 4, 1958, the son of Arthur and Maxine (Hewitt) Langille.
    John worked for different companies through the years including Trombley Industries, Langille Construction and L&M Plumbing. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, and will be missed by all who knew him. He had an unforgettable sense of humor and a way with words that was like no one else.
    John is survived by his son, John Langille, Jr., of Tampa, FL; his mother, Maxine Langille of Westfield; his siblings and their spouses: Cheryl and Stan Gammon of Bridgeton, Chris and Sonia Langille of Mapleton, Arthur and Rebecca Langille of Chapman, Trudy Langille of Goldsboro, NC, and Lynn Tracy of Brewer. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews, and his dogs, Rachel and Sheeba.
    He was predeceased by his father, Arthur Langille Sr.; and his siblings, Carroll Langille Sr. and Larry Langille Sr.
