BalanceBPO expands leadership team
PRESQUE ISLE — BalanceBPO President and CEO Tim Lavin recently announced that Greg Gotham has joined the firm to deliver RESOLVHOD Software to customers and to assist the company further with innovating its products and enhancing delivery capabilities. Gotham will be based in Austin, Texas.
Gotham most recently was the director of change management initiatives for the U.S. federal government for Dell, Inc. He spent significant time opening and managing contact centers for Dell in the Philippines, Panama, El Salvador, Argentina, India and the U.S. Other leadership positions at Dell included director, customer experience operations and Global PMO of business intelligence and excellence. He was also at the forefront of re-engineering Dell’s 27-year-old supply chain in order to deliver products quicker and more competitively to the consumer.
“Greg has directly contributed to the methods by which customer experience is measured and optimized in our global industry,” said Lavin. “His experience and knowledge aligns perfectly with our strategy to revolutionize those methods, and Greg will play a significant role in the rise of our processes and innovations in the contact center.”
Gotham is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from St. Edward’s University. He was the World Wide Six-Sigma Mentor of the Year, Project/Program Manager of the Year and the Community Volunteer Ambassador of the Year, among other prestigious awards and achievements during his 13 year career at Dell.
