The Probus Club of Aroostook met at Northern Maine Community College’s Reed Commons Dec. 19, with 18 members present with guests. After president Hilda Walton called the meeting to order, the treasurer’s report was given by E. Gerald Gallagher. A wonderful Christmas meal was prepared by NMCC.
Carolyn Watson, program chairman, introduced Lana Avery, who played Christmas music on the organ. Richard Barker and Carmen Dickinson provided special music.
The club’s next meeting is Thursday, Jan. 16 at Reed Commons beginning at 10 a.m.
