      WASHBURN – Charles C. Shoaff died December 3, 2013, at a Presque Isle healthcare facility. He was born July 28, 1937, in Shippenville, PA. 
    Mr. Shoaff is survived by five children, two sisters and his wife Sandra (Ellis) Shoaff of Washburn.
    Services were held at the Northern Maine Veteran’s Cemetery on December 6, 2013. Funeral arrangements are by Faye Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Presque Isle.
